Happy dogs, happy humans
“Biscuit always comes home soft, sweet-smelling and genuinely happy. You can tell he's been looked after rather than rushed — we wouldn't take him anywhere else now.”
“Maple's spaniel coat has never looked better. They actually understand how the breed should be shaped, and they talked me through how to keep her feathering matt-free at home.”
“I could not believe how much fur came out of Bruno — and how little ends up on the sofa now. The de-shed is booked in every season from here on.”

Good to know
It depends on the coat. Most dogs with longer or curly coats do best every 6–8 weeks, while short, smooth coats can go longer between visits with a bath and brush in between. We'll suggest a routine that suits your dog when you come in.
We groom one dog at a time in a calm, quiet space and never rush. Anxious dogs get extra breaks, gentle handling and plenty of reassurance, and we're happy to build things up over a few shorter visits if that helps. Tell us about your dog beforehand and we'll plan around them.
Yes — and we love it. Early grooms are all about confidence, so we keep them short, gentle and positive with lots of treats. Bring your puppy along once their vaccinations are complete and we'll introduce them to grooming at their own pace.
Don't worry — it happens, especially with curly and double coats. Light matting we can usually brush out. For tighter matting we'll always choose the kindest option for your dog's comfort, which sometimes means clipping shorter rather than tugging at the skin. We'll talk you through it before we start.
We groom dogs of all shapes and sizes, from tiny toy breeds to big double-coated dogs, and we're experienced with breed-standard styling and hand-stripping too. If your dog has very specific needs, just let us know when you book and we'll make sure we're set up for them.
