Before you book
Fill in the booking form with your dog's details and a couple of times that suit you, and we'll come back to confirm — usually within one working day. Prefer to talk it through? Give us a call and we'll find a slot together.
Just your dog, their lead, and a heads-up on anything we should know — health conditions, sensitivities, past grooming experiences or behaviour around handling. If your dog has a favourite treat, feel free to bring it along.
Most grooms take between one and three hours depending on size, coat and service. We'll give you a rough time when you drop off and let you know when your dog is ready — we'd rather take our time and keep things calm than rush.
Life happens — we just ask for as much notice as you can give, ideally at least 24 hours, so we can offer the slot to another dog. We'll always confirm the details with you when you book.
For most dogs, settling in is easier without their owner in sight — they tend to relax once the routine begins. You're welcome to help us with a nervous first-timer, and we'll always keep you updated and ready for collection when your dog is done.
